Eastleigh College

Eastleigh College is a vocational college committed to working in partnership in all aspects of the work it undertakes to meet the needs of local employers and the community as a whole. All ages, all abilities and all interests are catered for through the college provision, with learners ranging from 14 year olds still at school (who are undertaking a vocational programme at the college) to 80 years olds learning craft and vocational skills. A College for the 21st Century, changing times have seen Eastleigh College progress and develop to where it now offers in excess of 1,500 different vocationally focused courses introducing fresh and exciting opportunities to all ages on a full, part-time or work based study basis. Awarded Beacon Status in 2003, the college has approximately 1100 FT and 13,500 PT students and 600 staff. Students study at the Main Campus in Eastleigh and also within the 27 outreach centres in the surrounding area.
