Strode's College

Strode's Sixth Form College is situated in North-East Surrey, close to the Berkshire border, and serves students from an increasingly wide geographic area that extends to the West London Boroughs and Middlesex.

The College is situated in beautiful grounds close to Runnymede, its historic buildings housing modern facilities which include fully computerised Learning and Language Centres, TV/Video, Radio, Music/Sound Recording and Drama Studios, and a Sports Centre fringed by acres of playing fields.

We are the largest provider of Advanced level education in this area with a broad range of provision that includes almost 50 AS/A levels, including the new Applied courses in addition to BTECs and other vocational options. Intermediate courses are also available while Strode's serves the community with a wide range of evening classes, a Foundation Degree, courses for local industry and is a successful centre for LearnDirect.

A large proportion of students go on to university while the vocational courses provide many opportunities in business and industry. The broad range of activities and studies in a mature environment are designed to provide the perfect stepping stone to the next stage of the students' lives.

Transport links are excellent with Egham's main line rail station only a four minute walk away. In addition to the convenient road and rail links, good bus services ensure that access is readily available from a wide area.
