Andover College continues to grow from strength to strength achieving higher grades in A Levels and BTEC courses year on year. It has also maintained a high level of investment in the buildings and facilities, which last year saw a new studio theatre, new hair and beauty salons and bigger construction facilities, offering our learners the very best experience.
At the same time, we are proud of our record of supporting and developing individuals, an achievement recognised by Ofsted. The College has also achieved certification in the Training Quality Standard for its training and development solutions, matrix accreditation for its information, advice and guidance services, and a ringing endorsement of confidence from QAA for its Higher Education provision.
Located at the heart of Andover’s community, the College provides a wealth of vocational programmes with specialisms in performing arts, its sports academies and training for the hair and beauty industries as well as courses from Accounting to Teacher Training. The College also provides North West Hampshire’s dedicated Sixth Form College with excellent A Level results.
In 2007, Andover College merged with Sparsholt College Hampshire. The two campuses are barely fifteen miles apart and, while offering synergy in management and the provision of new course areas, each is maintaining and developing the specialist areas of expertise which are already recognised by its traditional customers.
