Sparsholt College is subject to regular inspection by Ofsted and our last inspection, which focused on the quality of the Residential Provision for Young people, concluded that the provision was Outstanding. The College has also achieved certification in the Training Quality Standard with excellence in Environmental and Land Based Training, matrix accreditation for its information, advice and guidance services, and a ringing endorsement of confidence from QAA for its Higher Education provision. Sparsholt’s curriculum spans further and higher education programmes and ranges from agriculture to woodland management, conservation to outdoor education, equine studies to aquatics and much more. In 2007, Sparsholt College Hampshire merged with Andover College. The two campuses are barely fifteen miles apart and, while offering synergy in management and the provision of new course areas, each is maintaining and developing the specialist areas of expertise which are already recognised by its traditional customers.
