AOSEC - The Association of South East Colleges

Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships are intended to improve the workforce in England and enhance productivity.  The apprenticeship reforms are also designed to ensure apprenticeships become more rigorous and more responsive to the needs of employers.

Colleges are key to the delivery of high quality apprenticeships, not only on a national level but also ensuring they serve the needs of their local communities and employers.

The apprenticeship reforms present a complicated landscape to navigate, from employer engagement to the new funding system, so this page has been designed to provide:

  • updates
  • useful resources and links
  • details of workshops and events
  • details of available support
